If you only knew
If you only knew my heart chooses you
If you only knew my mind does too
If you only knew everytime I close my eyes, I see you
If you only knew how great my love could be for you
If you only knew that my heart trusts you but I cannot trust my own actions
If you only knew I withhold this lifetime satisfaction
Guaranteed to give you what you need
If you only knew that you're nothing and I mean nothing like my past
My breath of fresh air
I exhale, deep breathe, close my eyes to live in the moment
It's ridiculous how I see myself with you
If you only knew, if you only knew
Don't you know I smile inside thinking of you, becoming outward expressions
You bring out my insecurities, vulnerability...
If you only knew that your are perfect in my eyes including the imperfections
If you only knew that I want to spend day and night with you
If you only knew this...
You remind me of my father
The #1 man in my life

If you only knew how my heart feels light
Shines on my darkness of past memories
Do you know how breathtaking that is?
Too bad you can't know...She already has your heart.
